Our Handpan Care Kit is inspired by long-standing traditions of caring for steel tools and musical instruments.
Caring for a steel instrument does not require complicated products or elaborate routines. Traditionally, instrument makers and metalworkers relied on simple materials – a light oil, a soft cloth, and regular attention.
This care kit follows that same philosophy.
Inside, you will find a small bottle of traditional-style care oil. You can choose the original, lightly scented version or a fragrance-free option. It is paired with a brushed cotton cloth that has been washed repeatedly to remove lint and hand-dyed to create a soft, durable, and beautiful wiping cloth.
When used with the care guide and tutorial video, the kit provides a straightforward routine that supports the instrument’s natural longevity.
Simple materials, thoughtful use, and regular care are at the heart of this approach.
