Tuning & Servicing of Your Handpan
Even the finest HandPans may need tuning over time. If you notice any changes in pitch or tone quality, please get in touch – we’re here to help.
The cost of Tuning depends on the condition of your instrument, which can be determined after inspection. A common question is about tuning a single note. HandPans are tuned as a whole, so adjusting just one note requires retuning all notes to bring the instrument back into balance. That’s why even a basic tuning starts at £150 – ensuring your HandPan sounds harmonious and balanced across every note.
Basic tuning: £150 – £330
Major repairs: £400 – £600
Please note: To tune an instrument from other makers, the Gu note must be at least 3.5″ / 9cm wide to allow the hammering process.
